This joint license with COPPUL, TAL, and Manitoba Library Consortium was negotiated by COPPUL. There has been no increase in pricing from 2020-2021.


There are two new standalone collections being offered this year with the deal and for this reason, an extension until November 26, 2021 for responses on this offer. Those who would like to subscribe to DEI will be pro-rated to 11 months with a December 1 start date.

These new collections are:

  1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): This is available as an additional cost to current subscribers OR institutions can subscribe without participating in the AC or CC deal. The cost for the DEI collection is discounted 15% for consortia. For current subscribers to AC or CC, the collection is discounted an additional 20% because of overlap in content. There are about 18,000 titles in DEI.
  2. Canadian Collection: This is already included in the AC and CC deal at no additional cost. Institutions can subscribe to this collection without participating in the AC or CC deal. It is discounted 15% and there are about 11,000 titles in the Canadian collection.



Academic Complete

Academic Complete comes with a growing selection of 200,000+ titles that support curricula, graduation rate trends and emerging courses. It provides a continuously expanding collection of multi-disciplinary ebooks delivered on Ebook Central. All titles are selected for quality and relevance, with unique titles from Wiley and DRM-free chapter downloads. It is an affordable, critical mass of multi-disciplinary ebooks with unlimited, multi-user access, powerful research tools and DRM-free chapter download and high-demand titles with unlimited, multi-user access that support curricula, graduation rate trends and emerging courses combined with tools that enhance discovery drive library usage. This collection provides comprehensive coverage with anywhere, anytime access, with useful research tools, offline reading and a mobile-friendly interface. Plus, includes the Books Display Widget and select elements from Syndetics Unbound for greater discovery and usage.

DEI Collection

With thousands of librarian-selected titles covering Asian Studies, Women's Studies, Black Studies, Hispanic/Latino Studies and much more, ProQuest’s DEI Ebook Subscription is the most comprehensive, focused curated subscription developed to represent all voices – regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, physical ability and religious belief.
