At the Strategic Planning Session on December 5, 2016, all member institutions met to discuss e-HLbc's future priorities, resulting in the Strategic Plan that was then endorsed by the e-HLbc Steering Committee on June 15, 2017. The Strategic Plan presents e-HLbc's mission, vision, core values, and strategic directions for the next five years.
