• Collaborative licensing saved the post-secondary sector $3.3 million in 2017 (p.5)
• More than 10 million books, DVDs, sound recordings, and more are available through OutLook OnLine (p.7)
• AskAway and WriteAway continue to expand; together they welcomed three new institutions in 2017 (p.8)
