BC ELN is pleased to announce an offer for a new resource, MLA Handbook Plus. MLA Handbook Plus is a subscription-based digital product providing online access to the ninth edition of the MLA Handbook. Relied on by generations of writers, the MLA Handbook is the only official, authorized book on MLA format. The ninth edition builds on the MLA’s unique approach to documenting sources using a template of core elements—facts, common to most sources, like author, title, and publication date—that allows writers to cite any type of work, from books, e-books, and journal articles in databases to song lyrics, online images, YouTube videos, dissertations, and more.
To start this initial cycle for this new subscription, for any institution starting a subscription before January 1, 2022, the vendor is comping access until the official subscription period starts on that date (i.e. only pay for 12 months, but get the additional period of free access this Fall).
