OUP Biographies Renewal 2021-2022 [1]
OUP has decided to limit the user levels per database FOR NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY to 1, 3, and Unlimited. Pricing below reflects this change. This will not affect renewing subscribers user levels. If a new subscriber would like a different access level than noted below, please contact BC ELN.
To RENEW, no response is required from current subscribers as listed below. To CANCEL or to CHANGE OPTIONS, libraries should contact BC ELN by the response deadline.
Libraries are welcome to join this license during the term. New subscribers will be pro-rated to the common renewal date.
Use statistics can be obtained by using your institution login on the admin module for OUP. Statistics have been provided by OUP for January - December 2020; contact BC ELN for access.
Renewal pricing is now available for the OUP Biographies. These databases are made available to BC ELN partner libraries through a national site licence negotiated on behalf of Consortia Canada by the Ontario Council of University Libraries. A 1% increase was negotiated for this renewal.
Pricing was very late to come out due to ongoing negotiations. The licensing term will remain July 1 - June 30. Any new subscriber to a product will be prorated for a 11 month period to bring them in line with the license.
