ProQuest has revised the pricing models for Academic Complete and College Complete, transitioning from models based on per-FTE costs to models based on FTE tiers. See the Pricing section below for more details.
The Canada Collection, made up of 9,800 Canada-specific titles and 1,600 French titles, is now included with a subscription to either Academic Complete or College Complete.
To RENEW, no response is required from current subscribers as listed above. To CANCEL, libraries should contact BC ELN by the response deadline.
Late subscribers are welcome and will be pro-rated to the common renewal date.

Renewal pricing for ProQuest's Academic Complete (formerly called ebrary Academic Complete) and College Complete, is now available. This joint license with COPPUL, TAL, and Manitoba Library Consortium was negotiated by COPPUL.
There is an approximate increase of 3% over last year's pricing for current subscribers.
